Interpreter Services
Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is proud to care for children from all over the world. We have collaborated with our Hispanic Advisory Committee to bring services to non-English speaking families in an organized, efficient, family-centered-care manner.
As a step toward that goal, we have full-time in-house interpreters fluent in English and in Spanish. Our interpreters provide services to the medical center's Spanish-speaking patients and their families. Medical interpreters are also available in other languages.
In addition, the telephone switchboard at Cincinnati Children's is answered in both English and Spanish. Spanish-speaking callers are automatically transferred to a bilingual customer service representative with Interpreter Services.
