Guest Services at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is proud to have the support of local companies to ensure that visiting families can have access to services they may need during their stay at Cincinnati Children's.
Banking
Sometimes it is necessary for a family visiting our medical facility from out of town to have access to local banking services. US Bank offers a full-service banking center located on our campus. This conveniently located center provides a full array of banking services to both employees and visiting families. A US Bank ATM is also located in Cincinnati Children's near the cafeteria in Location C.
International currency exchange is available at banking centers located in downtown Cincinnati. Please contact Guest Services if you need this type of exchange.
Fifth Third (5/3) Bank, one of the largest banking centers in the Cincinnati area, provides wonderful customer service with their banking services, including checking and savings accounts, and offers financial advice to families. A Fifth Third ATM is conveniently located in Cincinnati Children's near the cafeteria in Location C.
Fitness Center
University Fitness understands the benefits of maintaining your physical health, even while away from home. Their facility is located only blocks from Cincinnati Children's (next to Holmes on Eden).
The University Fitness facility offers fitness classes, cardio and strength training equipment, and additional fitness services at special prices for guests of Ronald McDonald House and families of patients at Cincinnati Children's (starting at $1 per day).
University Fitness is open Monday-Friday, 6 am-9 pm and Saturdays from 9 am-4 pm. Please contact Guest Services Associates or University Fitness at 513-584-5909 for additional information.
Haircuts and Personal Grooming
Guest Services recommends reputable, proven stylists in the area. It may even be possible to arrange for services for your child in Cincinnati Children's; requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and scheduling is subject to availability.
Massage Therapy
For families and friends traveling to Cincinnati Children's for treatment, the Hair and Body Works Center hosts a number of ideas for personal care. Perfect for those "thinking of you" types of gifts, those who remain at home may also purchase packages for our visitors. Let their medically-licensed therapists, skilled in a variety of techniques, customize your private healing session. The center's services are very healing and can help with stress management, fatigue and general well-being.
The Hair and Body Works Center offers customized gift baskets that can include services and products, including massage, craniosacral therapy and hair and body care products. The center is located five miles from Cincinnati Children's. Arrangements can be made to have a massage at the hospital, or you can visit the center at their Hyde Park (Cincinnati) facility for a quick, relaxing getaway.

Grocery Delivery
Sunshine Foods, a grocery store with a wide variety of brand-name items, provides grocery delivery after 11 am for families with children in Cincinnati Children's. They are located at 3429 Erie Aveue in Hyde Park and can be reached at 513-321-8071.

Travel Services
Guest Services is proud to feature a partnership with AAA Travel Services. Through this partnership, AAA Travel provides families with information concerning air travel and car rental services at the lowest published fares available in the market. This service is available to both AAA members and non-members for a nominal reservation fee.
