Transportation Service Hours
Transportation is available:
- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 8:30 pm
- Weekends, Noon - 6 pm

Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Ronald McDonald House Shuttle
The Ronald McDonald House, located across the street from Cincinnati Children's, provides shuttle service and accommodations for some out-of-town families who have children as patients at Cincinnati Children's.
AAA Travel Services
Guest Services is proud to feature a partnership with AAA Travel Services. Through this partnership, AAA Travel provides families with information concerning air travel and car rental services at the lowest published fares available in the market. This service is available to both AAA members and non-members for a nominal reservation fee.
Our Guest Services team also provides personalized trip itineraries including maps and detailed driving directions to families preparing to visit, courtesy of AAA Travel Services.
