Every year, tens of thousands of people apply to Cincinnati Children’s from all over the country and around the globe. We hire only top performers, so it says a lot about you that you were selected.

Your new employee orientation will cover many important topics, but this page is designed to answer some of the questions you may have before attending your orientation session.

New Employee Orientation (NEO)

Orientation helps you understand our culture, what’s important to us, where we are headed as an organization, how you can help us get there, and in doing so how to drive your own success. Orientations are held every Monday (or Tuesday in the event of a holiday) at Vernon Manor in room VM2.010 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Your recruiter will provide you with your designated orientation date. Please park out front in visitor parking. Your attire for Orientation is business casual (no jeans, shorts, sandals, flip flops, etc.). A continental breakfast and a voucher for lunch will be provided.

Benefits and Diversity

If you would like to begin learning about some of the benefits that we offer, we have that information available for you now. This information will be covered in your orientation and we will have representatives available to answer any of your questions at that time.

At Cincinnati Children's we pride ourselves in our approach to diversity. We want people from every faith, nationality, sexuality or gender to know that their diversity is not only accepted, but celebrated at Cincinnati Children's. Learn more about our approach to diversity.
