Integrative Morphology Core

The objective of this core is to provide Digestive Health Center (DHC) investigators state-of-the-art, high quality, efficient and reliable technology support for morphologic studies in digestive diseases.  The following services are provided by the core.

  1. Pathology Research Service- includes tissue processing, sectioning, histology, in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry, routine and special histochemical staining, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy
  2. Live Microscopy Service- confocal microscopy, two-photon microscopy, fast-scan confocal, and fluorescence zoom stereomicroscope
  3. Bio-Imaging and Analysis- access to the Nikon Center of Excellence
