Experience Across All Kidney Conditions
Our team of expert pediatric nephrologists treats a wide range of conditions, from common issues like kidney stones to the most complex, such as end-stage renal disease. Our team cares for more than 12,000 patients and performs 120 kidney biopsy procedures each year.
A Team Approach to Care for Kidney Stones
Our multidisciplinary team in the Stone Center provides care to children and teens with kidney stones, treating more than 600 patients each year. We have reduced emergency department visits and emergency stone surgeries by more than 60%.
Comprehensive Dialysis Care
We have one of the largest dialysis clinics in the country, providing care for more than 30 patients in 2023 and offering both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis options.
Leading Kidney Transplant Program
Our Kidney Transplant program boasts a successful track record, performing the first transplant in Ohio and achieving a 100% one-year post-surgical survival rate from 2020-2022. We have extensive experience with over 800 transplants performed and treat even the smallest patients in need. Our transplant team performed 23 kidney transplants in 2023 alone.
