Using a response of "No, Not At All," "Yes, Somewhat" or "Yes Definitely," families rated whether or not their wait was too long in the outpatient clinic examining room at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Each respondent answered the question, "Did you have to wait too long in the examining room?"
