Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center offers both urgent care centers and two emergency departments to best meet your needs. Our urgent care centers are designed to complement your primary care physician or pediatrician by providing services when doctor's offices typically are closed.
Urgent Care Information Hotline Available / New Texting Feature
If your child is ill during evening hours or on the weekends, you can find out the length of wait times at Cincinnati Children's urgent care facilities before you even get in your car. Cincinnati Children's has established an Urgent Care Information Hotline, with wait time information for all three urgent care facilities updated hourly.

Our Anderson and Mason urgent care centers are open:
- Monday - Friday, 6 pm - 11 pm
- Saturday, Noon - 7 pm
- Sunday, 11 am - 7 pm
- Closed Holidays
Our Fairfield urgent care center is open:
- Monday - Friday, 6 pm - 11 pm
- Closed weekends and holidays
