The Managed Care Organization (MCO) and Cincinnati Children’s HealthVine have made changes to the prior authorization process for HealthVine Ohio Medicaid members.
Providers now have access to Tapestry Link - the new HealthVine Utilization Management portal. Tapestry Link will enable you to streamline a variety of administrative tasks.
Access to the Tapestry Link portal is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day to assist with submission of your prior authorization requests. Tapestry Link will also provide you with secure communication and practice support.
