• Outside the Lab

The lab works hard but it also parties. In addition to the usual large get-togethers at Christmas and the spectacular fireworks at Fourth of July parties, the lab gathers at various times for movie parties in which individuals choose a movie that reflects either their research project or their home country (India, Japan, Armenia, Latvia, Germany, Poland and, of course, the United States). The potluck dinner is also built around the movie theme with guests trying their hand at ethnic cooking.
