Conditions We Treat
The Perlman Center provides care for children, adolescents and adults who have developmental delays or other physical disabilities related to any of the conditions listed below:
- Cerebral palsy and high risk of cerebral palsy
- Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS, or Lou Gehrig’s disease)
- Arthrogryposis
- Genetic disorders
- Muscular dystrophy
- Spinal cord injury
- Spina bifida (myelomeningocele)
- Spinal muscular atrophy (SMA)
- Stroke (cerebral vascular accident)
- Traumatic brain injury (TBI)
- Other neuromuscular and physical disabilities or conditions
