Making an Appointment

You will need a referral to make an appointment with our team. Your child's pediatrician or neurologist can send a referral. Once we receive the referral, one of our team members will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Preparing for Your Visit

We strive to help you make the most of every appointment with our team. To save time and ensure all your questions are answered, please bring these items to your child’s visit:

  • Your child’s insurance information
  • A list of questions you have
  • Any recent test results or images
