Medical Programs
The Division Plastic Surgery contributes to the medical services throughout Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
Craniofacial Center
Some Plastic Surgery Division staff members are part of the multidisciplinary Craniofacial Center, which coordinates care of children with facial differences including those with cleft lip and palate, craniosynostosis, and various syndromes such as Crouzon, Apert, Treacher Collins, Pierre Robin, Neurofibromatosis and others.
Hemangioma and Vascular Malformation Center
The division also works with the Hemangioma and Vascular Malformation Center at Cincinnati Children's, an interdisciplinary group of pediatric specialists who collaborate in the evaluation, management, and emotional support of patients with hemangiomas and vascular malformations.
Brachial Plexus Center
The Brachial Plexus Center is staffed by a multidisciplinary team of pediatric specialists from Orthopaedics, Pediatric Rehabilitation, Plastic Surgery, Neurosurgery and Occupational Therapy. The team provides evidence-based, up-to-date clinical management in the evaluation, treatment and support of children with brachial plexus injuries.
