  • Powers Lab Research

    The Powers lab is focused on the development and dissemination of bio-behavioral interventions to improve dietary adherence in young children with chronic illnesses such as cystic fibrosis, type 1 diabetes and obesity. Another major area of research in the Powers lab is focused on the development of a combined behavioral and pharmacological treatment for children and adolescents suffering from chronic daily headaches.  Research in these areas has resulted in numerous publications and abstracts.
