  • Helping an international public hospital network assess its facilities and processes to identify gaps for improvements to obtain a Center of Excellence designation from the Department of Health.
  • Supporting staff at a 500-bed hospital to design a performance improvement process for a pediatric trauma program and obtain Level II pediatric trauma certification.
  • Collaborating with clinical and business leaders at a regional children's hospital to improve their pediatric cardiology program and enable care of more complex cardiac patients.
