5 Urgent Care Locations to Meet Your Family's Needs

Walk-ins are accepted at all Urgent Care locations with no appointment required. Use the "Save My Spot" links below to reserve your place in line up to 12 hours in advance. You can wait at home or anywhere comfortable.

Wait times are listed below for each location. If a location is closed during its usual hours, that means it is full for the day. Please choose a location that is listed as open. Patients can be seen in Urgent Care until their 21st birthday.

Virtual Urgent Care is open 24/7 with CincyKids Health Connect. If your child has a minor injury or illness, check to see if Virtual Urgent Care would be a good fit.

Unless it is a clear emergency, please contact your child's pediatrician first, to help decide where to go. If it's a clear emergency, go to the ED right away, or call 911.

If your child’s situation requires immediate care, call 911 or go to an emergency room immediately.

Respiratory Season Delays

It is respiratory illness season, which means our urgent cares and emergency departments will likely have longer wait times than usual. Check in with your pediatrician if you need help to decide how urgently your child needs care. Please come prepared with comfort items for your child, a stocked diaper bag for babies and items you need for yourself.

COVID-19 Testing

If you are only seeking a COVID-19 test for your child, please call your child’s primary care provider to discuss next steps. If you come to Urgent Care, it will be determined whether your child needs a COVID-19 test during care as part of your visit.
Masking status – either optional or required – is based on the current state and spread of respiratory illness in our community. As conditions change, so may our masking policy for that time. This information will be updated here and at our location entrances any time there is a change. You are always welcome to wear a mask if you prefer, and they are available at all of our entrances. We also ask that patients put on a mask if they have symptoms of a respiratory illness or are recovering from a COVID infection.
