About

Biography

I’m the vice president of Innovation Ventures at Cincinnati Children’s, where I lead efforts to turn scientific discoveries into real-world impact through technology transfer and venture creation. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, strategy and commercialization, I focus on building sustainable models that connect academia, industry and patient care.

Before joining Cincinnati Children’s, I was part of the early team at Hippocratic AI, helping scale the company from seed funding to a $1.6 billion Series B valuation. My career has spanned restructuring care delivery networks, advising emerging health tech startups and driving digital health innovation.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Oakwood University, my MBA from the University of Florida, and completed executive education at Harvard Business School. I also serve on several boards committed to expanding healthcare access and supporting community development.

Executive Education: Harvard Business School, Boston, MA, May 2018.

MBA: Warrington College of Business, University of Florida, Gainsville, FL, May 2015.

BS: Finance, Oakwood University, Huntsville, AL, May 2004.
