As a clinical laboratory geneticist, I work in the Division of Human Genetics and serve as a co-director of the Genetics and Genomics Diagnostic Laboratory. I’m honored to be part of our patients’ medical management team, and I strive to provide the best possible care.
Genetics has long intrigued me because of its central importance to human health. My research aims to further the field of clinical genetics by describing new molecular mechanisms and diagnoses. Using cutting-edge technologies, such as genomic sequencing and optical genome mapping, I seek to provide patients with answers that were not previously possible.
I was honored to be elected a junior member of the Cancer Genomics Consortium (CGC) Board of Directors (2023). My written sessions have been included in the Annual Meetings of the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ACMG) in Salt Lake City, UT (2023) and Los Angeles, CA (2025).
When I'm not practicing genetics, you might find me drumming around Cincinnati.
