My approach to families is that we’re in this together. It takes a village to raise a child, right? I’m here as a guide, making sure we’re reaching our milestones, and we’re healthy.

About

Biography

I grew up in the Mount Healthy area of Cincinnati, and always knew I wanted to stay nearby to practice medicine. Every day, I’m inspired by the smiles and happiness of my young patients.

As a pediatrician, I care for children and young adults. I specialize in treating kids with asthma, acne and mental health conditions such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and attention deficit disorder (ADD). I make sure I answer all questions before a patient leaves the visit. This ensures each family feels reassured about the care they receive and any treatments planned for the future.

I was inspired to become a pediatrician by my grandfather, a nurse in the armed services. He was a caring and loving individual. He fueled my desire to help and heal people from both physical and emotional standpoints.

After completing my medical training in Illinois, I returned to my hometown for a pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children’s. I take a whole-family approach, talking to both the kids and the parents about their questions or concerns. I also do quick mental check-ins during my well-patient visits to see how they are coping with any stressors they face. I spend as much time as needed with each of my patients and families.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, children and friends. I also enjoy relaxing and watching a favorite show or movie.
