About

Biography

As a pediatric dentist, I have received specialized training in recognizing and addressing oral health issues in children and special needs patients of all ages. With this training, I can see patients both in the traditional clinic setting, under sedation, and the operating room. My goal is for patients and their families to feel at ease and to understand what is going on. As a parent, I put myself in their shoes, explaining my findings and treatment in ways I would appreciate if my own children were patients.

I wanted a career in science but also wanted to work with and help people. When I started treating children during my last year of dental school, it quickly became my favorite part. I decided to specialize in pediatric dentistry, so I could provide the best care possible.

Here at Cincinnati Children’s, parents can feel confident in our care. We strive to stay on top of the most current recommendations in our field — from the materials we use, to how we decide to treat each individual cavity.

I spend most of my free time with my family and working on home improvement projects. I enjoy watching shows on HGTV for inspiration! When I do have time to myself, I love to run and take hot yoga classes.
