About

Biography

I am a clinical fellow specializing in emergency medicine. I've always loved working with children and I gravitated toward the emergency department because of the variety and inherent challenges it offers. You never know what is coming next!

My research area of interest is sepsis. I became interested in this field of study through participation in sepsis work and experiences with patients. This work aims to analyze what happens to children we treat for sepsis in the emergency department. I want to determine if we are targeting them effectively to improve patient outcomes and experiences.

I am board certified. My work has been published in notable journals, including Current Treatment Options in Pediatrics and Breastfeeding Medicine.
