Brianna N. Greiwe, MSN, APRN, CNP

As a nurse practitioner with the otolaryngology/ENT (ear, nose and throat) team, I specialize in general ear, nose and throat conditions. I evaluate both new and established patients for procedures such as ear tube placement, adenoidectomy and adenotonsillectomy, and provide ongoing management for ear tubes, recurrent ear infections, cerumen (earwax) impaction, ear drainage, and foreign body removals. My goal is to help each child feel comfortable, safe, and confident throughout their healthcare experience.  
 
My passion for medicine began early, when I started volunteering at Cincinnati Children’s as a young person. That experience inspired me to pursue a career where I could make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. While earning my family nurse practitioner (FNP) degree, I worked for several years on the neurology and trauma inpatient unit, gaining invaluable experience caring for patients with diverse medical needs. I have cared for patients across the lifespan, from birth through adulthood, but I quickly discovered my passion for pediatric otolaryngology after joining the ENT team.  
 
I strive to treat every child as I would my own and work closely with families to determine the best approach to care for each patient. Building trusting relationships with children and their families is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role. It is a privilege to watch my patients grow and experience improved health and quality of life.  
 
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and two children. We enjoy trying new restaurants around Cincinnati, relaxing at the lake with family and friends, and traveling together.
