About

Biography

As a nurse practitioner, I work in the Division of Neurology and Neurosurgery. I try to put myself in the patients’ shoes and get to know them. Then I incorporate that into my care to make them feel comfortable and have an enjoyable experience.

When I was growing up, my mom was a nurse which had a big influence on me. After doing my clinicals, I knew I wanted to work with kids. I first worked as a neurology nurse at a local hospital and really enjoyed it.

In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors boating, wake surfing, fishing, golfing, skiing and camping.
