I’m a nurse practitioner specializing in pediatric surgery central venous catheters. A large portion of my job is safety and ensuring that the right central line is ordered for the right reasons for the right patient. I strive to meet every family at their level, educate them and give them plenty of time to ask questions.

My interest in this work stems from having had cardiac surgery as an infant. I continued to receive outpatient cardiac care into adulthood. The same cardiologist who admitted me as an infant was my cardiologist until I moved to Cincinnati as an adult. My cardiologist was an outstanding educator and provider. He inspired me at every visit.

I enjoy reading and working in my yard.
