About

Biography

I’m a licensed independent social worker with over 20 years of experience helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s emotional and psychological challenges. My practice is grounded in empathy, respect and a deep belief in the power of human resilience. I specialize in crisis evaluation and crisis management, child and adolescent mental health, ADHD and executive functioning skills, trauma-informed care, and supporting those dealing with anxiety and depression.

My passion for counseling was shaped early on, growing up in a family dedicated to serving others in churches, prisons and adult care centers. That experience taught me the importance of compassion and community, and it continues to inspire my work today. I strive to offer a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood and empowered to grow.

Outside of my professional life, I find joy in spending time with my family and friends. I love hiking, camping, reading and traveling.

BSW: Bachelor of Social Work, Wright State University.

MSW: Master of Social Work, University of Cincinnati.
