About

Biography

I’m the managing advisor and general manager of the Advisory Network at Cincinnati Children’s, where I lead a global initiative to expand access to our pediatric expertise. Through a dual-delivery model—combining a digital platform for broad educational outreach and customized project-based engagements—I help hospitals and healthcare providers around the world apply Cincinnati Children’s clinical expertise, best practices and training resources.

In my previous role as vice president of marketing at Cincinnati Children's, I led strategic planning and creative execution across global brand, marketing, and digital functions, driving growth and advancing our strategic plan. Before joining the organization in 2017, I spent 18 years as a global brand executive at Procter & Gamble. My global brand-building experience across diverse markets provides a strong foundation for developing innovative strategies in healthcare. I’m guided by a deep commitment to community impact—promoting healthy living, supporting child development and advancing social responsibility.

Outside of work, I’m deeply engaged in the community. I serve on several nonprofit boards, including Flying Pig Marathon (PigWorks), Charlie’s Kids Foundation and as an advisor at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. I also co-founded and served as president of the Kilgour Foundation (Cincinnati Public School), was a P&G United Way Campaign director, and served on the boards of Cincinnati Children’s Foundation and Every Child Succeeds.
