About

Biography

As a clinical fellow in pediatric and adolescent gynecology, I care for children and teens with a wide range of gynecologic needs alongside a dedicated team. My practice includes providing guidance to patients who haven’t yet entered puberty, helping those who are managing menstrual periods, and supporting individuals with vulvar complaints, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, and pelvic infections. I also care for patients with disabilities, working to optimize their gynecologic health, and treat those with diagnoses that affect multiple areas, including reproductive organs and differences of sexual development. My surgical experience spans vulvar and vaginal reconstructive procedures, laparoscopic surgeries for Mullerian anomalies and endometriosis, and abdominal surgeries for large ovarian cysts. Collaboration is key—I work closely with other pediatric specialists to ensure the best possible outcomes for every patient.

Patients and their families are truly at the heart of everything I do. I believe that “no one cares how much you know until they know how much you care,” and I strive every day to connect with my patients and their caregivers, showing them that I am on their team. Together, we can find the best approaches to help kids, teens, and young adults thrive. My goal is to be a trusted resource as families navigate both healthcare and the journey of growing up.

My path to medicine was inspired by a lifelong love of working with kids, whether as a summer camp counselor or a pediatric neurodevelopmental research assistant. After several years in a corporate job, I realized my true calling was in medicine, and I haven’t looked back since. I love the challenge and fulfillment of lifelong learning, and I discovered my passion for the operating room during medical school. Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology is the perfect blend of acuity, continuity, and surgery, all focused on caring for the most rewarding—and fun—patients.

I am honored to be a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, and my research interests include chronic pelvic pain, surgical outcomes and recovery, and the gynecologic and reproductive health of patients with vascular malformations.

In my personal life, I enjoy taking long walks with my chihuahua mix and attending barre classes. I’m a big fan of live music and have seen almost 100 bands perform! Traveling to visit friends and family or exploring new places as a solo traveler is something I love, and as a native Floridian, I head to the beach whenever I get the chance.
