Biography

I am an assistant professor of pediatrics in the Division of Adolescent Medicine at Cincinnati Children's within the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, OH. I serve as the director of the Office of Academic Affairs and Career Development at Cincinnati Children’s. In this role, I develop, implement, and evaluate a cadre of faculty career development programs / curricula designed to support faculty and trainees in defining and achieving vitality, engagement, and personal / career success. My areas of interest include mentorship, leadership development, biomedical sciences pathway development, faculty development and retention, cultural intelligence, resilience, and wellness / vitality.
