Rachael C. Hermann, CPNP

I specialize in plastic surgery, complex wound care, burn care, and cleft lip and palate care. My goal is to make sure every patient and family feels comfortable and cared for during every encounter.

My inspiration to practice medicine comes from my grandmother, who was a nurse during WWII. Her compassion and dedication to helping others left a lasting impression on me. Growing up in a large family, I always enjoyed caring for children and was drawn to the resilience they show in the face of adversity. Being able to help kids through tough experiences is incredibly rewarding, and I am grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in their lives.

Outside of work, I love watching my kids play sports—whether it’s soccer, football, basketball, or track and field. When I have time to myself, I enjoy gardening and growing flowers and vegetables. My family and I also love spending time outdoors and traveling together.
