I was inspired to become a pediatrician by my childhood pediatrician. He was caring, compassionate and warm. He listened to my concerns and treated me with respect. I have always loved children and their unique perspective of their world.
As a general pediatrician, I consider myself both a partner and teacher to my families. I have medical knowledge, and they know their child and family. Together, we give the child the best start possible.
I love the continuity of knowing the child across their lifespan. I have many “grand-patients” and know their parents and grandparents. I’m here to help all of them find the care they need.
During medical school, I was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.
In my free time, I enjoy knitting, reading, photography and travel. I also love Irish festivals and music.
