I'm a school-based therapist in the Lebanon School District, working with kindergarten through second-grade students.
I have always been driven by empathy, even from a young age. I remember being a young child who was sensitive to other people's feelings and had a passion for helping others. Children deserve the opportunity to lead happy and fulfilling lives, and I am grateful to be even a tiny part of that process.
It only takes one person to improve a child's day. One smile, one conversation or one connection can change everything. I love being a part of children's daily lives, working to create opportunities for them to feel connected to someone who cares. I hope that by sharing positive experiences with children, they can continue to interact positively with others in the same way.
In my free time, I enjoy being with my family. I have two young children who keep me busy! One of my hobbies is dance, and I taught dance to young kids for over 10 years. I also enjoy retail therapy, iced coffee and secretly love watching Bluey with my kiddos!
