I am a licensed clinical counselor providing child and adolescent mental health therapy and specializing in anxiety and depression. I help children figure out what they want or need to become the best versions of themselves.
I worked with a therapist when I was around 11 years old. At first, I didn’t understand his process, but eventually, I started to take in what he said. This began a very long process of personal introspection, and I began making choices for myself that allowed me to feel in control of my life. Now, I want to help others do the same.
My greatest tool is listening. I want to know your goals and help you figure out how to reach them, Jerry Maguire style; "Help me, help you."
The number one question I am asked is how tall are you? My answer is 6'8". When not working, I tend to the fruit trees in my backyard and read science fiction. I enjoy video games and anime, so I decided to learn Japanese with my youngest brother. I prefer Spiderman over Batman and dogs over cats, but I have two cats (Nacho and Egon), and one of them acts like a dog.
