About

Biography

I’m an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) specializing in pain management and pediatric palliative care. Should your child need this type of care, a palliative care referral can be initiated by any care team member — parent, nurse, child life specialist, provider or therapist.

Caring for children with life-threatening conditions has been a passion of mine since my youth. I incorporate mind, body and spirit into the care I provide to my patients and their families. Bringing joy, quality of life and improved function is my core focus.

I am honored to have been nominated for a Carol McKenzie Award for Excellence in Advanced Practice Nursing (2015) and a University of Cincinnati TORCH Award for Excellence in Nursing (2021).

When I’m not working, I like to run, hike and travel. I also enjoy volunteering with Make-A-Wish and my kids’ sports and school activities.
