Michelle T. Marcum, CPNP-AC

I am a nurse practitioner in the Division of Plastic Surgery at Cincinnati Children’s, specializing in plagiocephaly, reconstructive surgery and wound care. With over 20 years of experience here, I have built a strong clinical foundation in ICU, trauma and neurosurgery. My work brings me together with a dedicated multidisciplinary team—including physicians, therapists, nurses and other healthcare professionals—so we can deliver comprehensive and coordinated care for every child and family we serve.

Building trust and empowering families throughout their healthcare journey is at the heart of my practice. I value the time I spend with patients and their loved ones, making sure they feel supported, informed and confident in their care. My commitment to helping others is deeply rooted in personal experience, allowing me to connect with and genuinely empathize with the families I work with. I am dedicated to partnering with children and their caregivers, always striving to provide the highest quality of care and advocacy tailored to their unique needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, children and our dogs. I am a proud supporter of all things Cincinnati and love cheering on the Bengals, Reds and FC Cincinnati.
