I strive to treat all my patients as if I am caring for my own family.
As a pediatric anesthesiologist I provide sedation, general anesthesia and pain management for children. At Cincinnati Children’s, we use a team approach to care. I collaborate with other specialists to provide the best care possible. I also provide intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring to track my patients’ condition during surgery and to spot any early signs of problems.
I enjoy my practice because anesthesia can calm children’s fears and provide reassurance for families. I feel privileged to help ease my patients’ suffering when they need rest and compassionate care the most. I am also thankful to be a part of a wonderful group of people at Cincinnati Children’s that are so dedicated to working as a team to provide the best care possible.
My research interests include the utilization of neurophysiologic monitoring in order to improve outcomes in anesthesia and surgery.
I’m proud of my recent awards, including:
In my free time, I enjoy playing the guitar, spending time with my family, and writing articles and children's story books.
