About

Biography

As a pediatric anesthesiologist, I specialize in providing safe sedation for children with congenital heart conditions.

I believe it is a privilege to care for children, and I enjoy getting to know our patients and families. I’ve been a member of the cardiac anesthesia team at Cincinnati Children’s since 2014. Our team constantly strives to provide the best care possible for our patients.

My parents inspired me to become a doctor. They always worked to provide a better world for my siblings and me. When I can help a child in the smallest way, it is worth the hard work.

In my research, I focus on finding the best sedation practices in children, specifically those with congenital heart disease.

The cardiac intensive care unit (ICU) staff awarded me the "Heart of the Unit'" honor. This recognition is for upholding the Cincinnati Children's CARE promise standards. It meant the world to me that such a compassionate and hardworking group thought enough of me to acknowledge me in this way.

As a native Cincinnatian, I enjoy all this city has to offer. When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my family, exploring and sharing our lovely town with them.
