About

Biography

I practice pediatric primary care because I believe in honoring the whole child—mind, body and spirit. My care philosophy is rooted in a patient and family-centered approach, where compassion and evidence-based practice guide every decision I make. I know that children thrive when their caregivers feel supported, informed and respected, so I strive to build a trusting environment where families feel heard and valued. My goal is for every patient and family to leave a visit feeling confident, cared for and equipped with the knowledge they need to support their child’s well-being.

My journey into healthcare began with a powerful experience: witnessing the compassion nurses showed my family when a loved one needed care. That support left a lasting impression and inspired me to pursue a career where I could make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Children themselves are a constant source of inspiration. They’re resilient, honest, and often see the world with clarity and creativity. They remind me daily to look at challenges from new angles and to appreciate the small victories.

I started out in inpatient care, learning about resilience and teamwork while meeting families in some of their most vulnerable moments. Transitioning to outpatient pediatric primary care has given me the gift of continuity; I get to build long-term relationships, watch children grow and support families through every stage of development. The most rewarding part of my work is when a family tells me they trust me with their child’s care. For parents, nothing matters more than knowing their children are healthy and safe, and being someone they feel confident turning to is an incredible honor.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband—we are both proud Ohio State graduates—cheering on the Buckeyes during fall weekends. After living in Baltimore for six years, we recently moved back to Ohio to be closer to family and friends, and we’ve enjoyed exploring Cincinnati’s coffee shops and bakeries. In my free time, I enjoy baking, reading, traveling, and taking long walks with my dog.
