As a social worker and therapist in outpatient psychiatry, I work with patients ranging in age from early adolescence to young adulthood. I specialize in treating patients with anxiety, mood disorders, life transition issues, trauma-related issues, and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning (LGBTQ+) issues. My approach is person-centered, and I work with patients using evidence-based practices.
My path to working with youth began while volunteering with various not-for-profit organizations across Ohio. I continued my career working with children and families in government agencies, community behavioral health centers and hospital settings. I believe in partnering with the patient and family to optimize patient outcomes.
When not working, I enjoy outdoor activities with family and friends.
