About

Biography

I am a licensed independent social worker (LISW) providing school-based counseling services. I provide an empathetic and warm environment for the children I work with. I also try my best to understand what children and their families are going through so that I can counsel them and find additional support for my client’s families. I am certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).

When I was growing up, I loved having a safe person to talk to at school. That inspired me to be a safe person for the students in our community. I love getting to know students and their stories while engaging with others from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my dog, reading a good book on my Kindle and traveling to explore new places.
