I am an occupational therapist (OT), providing routine OT services for children with developmental disabilities while also running programs for children with autism and those that have challenges with sensory processing and integration. My care philosophy is family-centered, focusing on the areas impacting the family the most.
My mom inspired my interest in OT. She was a special education teacher and encouraged me to observe a variety of occupational therapists. After these observation experiences, I knew that OT was the career for me.
I have always loved children and being able to make a meaningful impact on the whole family. Though I like working with all children, working with autistic individuals and those with sensory processing and integration challenges is what I enjoy most.
