About

Biography

I am a physical therapist dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based care that helps every child and adolescent return to the activities they enjoy safely and confidently. My approach centers on partnering with patients, families, coaches and healthcare providers to create treatment plans that support recovery, build resilience and promote lifelong healthy movement. I believe that collaboration is key, and I strive to ensure each child’s care is tailored to their unique needs and goals.

My passion for sports performance and sustainable movement patterns inspired me to pursue a career in medicine. I am fascinated by the complex interplay between exercise physiology, biomechanics and tissue healing principles, and I am committed to evaluating and treating these factors to decrease the risk of future injury. My goal is to help young athletes not only recover from injuries but also build habits that keep them moving confidently for years to come.

My research focuses on identifying preventative measures for upper extremity injuries in overhead athletes and improving post-operative outcomes for this population. I am driven by the desire to allow athletes to do what they love for as long as possible, and I am always looking for ways to enhance recovery and performance.

Outside of work, I enjoy lifting weights, playing baseball and watching professional football.
