About

Biography

As a nurse practitioner in the Division of Pulmonary Medicine, I work with chronically ventilator- dependent patients in the Transitional Care Center (TCC). I practice family-centered care and always advocate for my patients.

My younger brother was, and still is, a patient at Cincinnati Children’s. His journey and my family’s experience here inspired me to be a pediatric provider. I worked in the TCC as a bedside nurse, where I found my passion for pulmonary medicine. I became a nurse practitioner and returned to work with patients in the TCC. I’m also involved in TCC unit-based quality improvement research projects.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also like to travel, hike and bake.
