The project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
Earlier in his career, Rhine held roles at Precision Therapeutics, Covidien PLC (now Medtronic), and Merck & Co. He earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He has served on several boards focused on child health advocacy and currently sits on the board of the Live Well Collaborative, a nonprofit R&D consortium founded by Procter & Gamble and the University of Cincinnati. He is also a co-founder of Queen City Sunshine LLC, a seed-stage investor in local startups.
