I am a clinical fellow in the Division of Pediatric Nephrology and a fellow in the Pediatric Clinical Pharmacology Fellowship. My interest is in improving the understanding of pharmacokinetics in patients on dialysis. Currently, I am evaluating cefepime pharmacokinetics in patients on peritoneal dialysis. I am also working on a review describing the existing literature regarding antimicrobial pharmacokinetics in different dialysis modalities (peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy).
