I’m a general pediatrician and specialize in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care. I believe strongly in evidence-based guidelines and that each child is unique and deserves care tailored to them.
My research, which I enjoy, is on quality improvement and establishing standardized guidelines for a variety of illnesses, as well as a standardized handoff system (IPASS). I’m also part of a digital block study, which uses virtual reality to assess whether it may be useful in the future for commonly performed procedures.
I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young sons, who are five years apart. I travel back to my home state of New York frequently. I love amusement parks like Kings Island!
