I am an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). As a neonatal nurse practitioner (NNP), I treat all my patients and family members with respect and dignity. I treat all kiddos as if they are my own. I only want the absolute best for them. I know it’s essential to include my patients’ parents in decision-making and listen to their feedback, as they know their children best.
My inspiration to become an APRN came from working with neonates (newborns) after I received my undergraduate degree. I love working with babies and their families, and I am incredibly thankful for my position as an NNP, where I work alongside the best colleagues. My patients and families deserve the best care, and I strive wholeheartedly to accomplish this.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, kids, grandbabies and parents. I also enjoy camping and going to Gulf Shores, Alabama. When I am not working, you can often find me at the softball diamonds with my girls and husband.
