Marie "Mimi" L. Scuta, DO

As a general pediatrician, I have the privilege of caring for children from the moment they are born through their journey into adulthood. The best part of my role is being able to advocate for my patients and support them as they grow, helping them become the best version of themselves both physically and mentally. My approach is to meet each child and family where they are, tailoring my care to their unique needs. I truly cherish making connections and I take a holistic approach to understanding my patients so I can better serve them.

My passion for pediatric medicine began at a young age, accompanying my older brother to his many office visits and therapies right here at Cincinnati Children’s. Little did I know that is where I would fall in love with pediatrics and the lifelong relationships physicians get to build with patients and their devoted families.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our family here in Cincinnati. I’m a big fan of dogs, cheering on the Buckeyes, baking and taking group fitness classes.
