Saoirse Schworer, APRN, NP

I am an advanced practice registered nurse in the Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics (DDBP) at Cincinnati Children’s. My clinical practice focuses on providing interdisciplinary care to children and adolescents with developmental and behavioral needs, including through specialized programs such as the Thomas Center for Down Syndrome.

I am honored to partner with patients and families throughout their developmental journeys, supporting their growth, health and overall well-being. I am continually inspired by the resilience, strengths and unique perspectives of the individuals and families I serve, and I am committed to helping each child reach their fullest potential through compassionate, family-centered care.

From my early days as a pediatric bedside nurse to my current role, the most rewarding part of my work has always been building meaningful relationships with patients and families. I value getting to know each family on a personal level and tailoring my approach to meet their unique needs and goals. I enjoy partnering with families to navigate challenges, identify solutions and celebrate every achievement along the way. My patients bring me an incredible amount of joy. I am continually inspired by their resilience, accomplishments and the unique ways they experience and engage with the world.
