I specialize in caring for children with neuromuscular disorders, including cerebral palsy, as well as those who have experienced orthopaedic injuries and trauma. I feel privileged to support children and their families during times when they need care, guidance and reassurance the most. Every child’s story is unique, and I believe that families are true partners in decision-making. Here at Cincinnati Children’s, we strive to provide not only excellent medical treatment but also empathy, time, and understanding.
Beyond my clinical practice, I am passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of surgeons. I enjoy contributing to research and have published studies, written textbook chapters and presented at national and international meetings. I also serve on committees in professional organizations such as the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America, the American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, where we work to improve education, communication and care standards for children worldwide.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, riding horses, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.
