As a nurse practitioner with the Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) team at Cincinnati Children’s, I care for children with ear related conditions including evaluating patients for procedures such as ear tube placement, adenoidectomy, and adenotonsillectomy. I also provide ongoing management for children with ear tubes, recurrent ear infections, ear drainage, cerumen impaction, and foreign body removal.
I began my healthcare career as a patient care assistant in the Emergency Department, where I developed a strong foundation in patient care and a passion for helping children and families. In 2014, I transitioned to pediatrics as a primary care office nurse while earning my bachelor of science in nursing. I completed my master of science in nursing and became a nurse practitioner in 2018. Throughout my career, I have cared for patients from birth through adulthood. In 2024, I joined the ENT team, where I provide outpatient care for children with a variety of ear-related concerns. My goal is to help children achieve the best possible ear, nose, and throat health while supporting families through every step of their care journey.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and five children, shopping, decorating, and caring for the many animals on our family farm. I have a particular soft spot for our cattle and can often be found sneaking them a few "cow cookies" and admiring the newest baby calves.
